Suzu Beta Terms
These terms govern your use of the Suzu limited beta. By using the beta, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.
The beta
Suzu provides TOEFL study tools for general educational purposes. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS, and it does not guarantee any exam score, admission result, or other outcome. Beta features and content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed or removed without notice.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, use the beta lawfully, and respect the rights of others. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or copy or redistribute Suzu content except as the law permits.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the beta. The Suzu app, branding, and provided study content remain owned by us or our licensors.
Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. Do not send confidential information as feedback.
Availability and termination
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may suspend or end beta access at any time. You may stop using the beta at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continuing to use the beta after updated terms take effect means you accept them; when appropriate, we will provide additional notice.
